| Personal History | Wesley's life has been relatively uneventful. He grew up on earth with his family, a normal upbringing. They are a close knit family that communicate often, inspite of being so far apart. His father was a baker, and his mother was a highschool science teacher. His love for science came from his mother, his love of baking came from his father. He spent every chance he could spending time with each of them, learning their craft. His father's cookies and breads and cakes became one of his favorite hobbies, but his mother's love of science became his driving force. He graduated from college Suma Cum Laude with a degree in botanical sciences and a minor in mechanical engineering. He wasn't quite sure what to do with his life after that. He spent a year bouncing from lab job to lab job until an opportunity to join Starfleet was presented to him. His family was terrified to send their son and brother into space, but the excitement in his eyes was more than they could say no to. Wesley was accepted into Starfleet and given a provisional rank of Ensign and assigned to the USS Farragut. |
